Dr. Janet Neisewander has received her PhD in Psychology at the University of Kentucky in 1988 and received post-doctoral training in Pharmacology and Psychiatry at the University for Pennsylvania during the period of 1988-1991. Currently, she is working as a Professor in the School of Life Sciences at Arizona State University. She has successfully completed administrative responsibilities as the founding Director of the Behavioral Neuroscience Program in Psychology at Arizona State University (2002-2006) and she has served on numerous grant review panels for NIH. She currently serves on the Program Committee for the College on Problems of Drug Dependence. She is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like Psychopharmacology and the International Journal of Neuropsychopharmacology. She has authored over 90 research articles and book chapters. She is a member of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology, the College on Problems of Drug Dependence, the Society for Neuroscience, Women in Neuroscience, the International Behavioral Neuroscience Society, and the Behavioral Pharmacological Society.

Professor WK Tang was appointed to professor in the Department of Psychiatry, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011. Professor Tang completed his medical training at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong as an academic staff since 1999. His main research area is Neuropsychiatry in Stroke. Professor Tang has published over 100 papers in renowned journals, and has also contributed to the peer review of 40 journals. He has secured over 20 major competitive research grants. He has served the editorial boards of five scientific journals. He was also a recipient of the Young Researcher Award in 2007, awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Andrew Percy is Senior Lecturer in Criminology at Queens University Belfast, UK. He have previously held research positions at the Institute of Child Care Research, the Home Office, and The Advisory Council on Alcohol and Drugs Education (TACADE). His teaching interests include youth crime and youth justice, basic and advanced statistics, victim surveys, secondary analysis of existing data, and research ethics.

Dr. Christine Courbasson is an esteemed academic and clinician in the field of psychiatry. She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Sandi James is a Psychologist registered in Australia and currently working at University Malaysia Sabah within the Community and Family Medicine Department. Sandi has a particular interest in alcohol and addiction treatment, particularly in harm reduction approaches and community level programs and interventions. She is involved in numerous research and community development projects in Sabah and is on the committee of the newly established Association for the Prevention of Alcohol Misuse (APAM). Sandi is also embarking on research in 2017 to investigate the prevalence and treatment gap for mental health disorders in the polyclinic setting in Kota Kinabalu.
